How do we accept payment?

We accept payment by bank transfer only. We do not accept credit cards or PayPal, etc.

We list all of our products for sale in US dollars, however we can and do accept payment in multiple currencies .Our preferred currency is Singapore Dollars.

When an order is confirmed an invoice will be raised for the deposit in the applicable currency and will include the relevant bank details for payment. When the shipment is ready the remaining amount will need to be paid and a corresponding invoice will be issued to reflect this.

What are our payment terms?

For new systems we would generally require a 50% deposit to confirm the order with the factory, then the remaining 50% when the goods are ready to ship.

For used systems this can vary, but a general guide is a 30% deposit to confirm followed by the remaining amount paid prior to the goods shipping.

Where do we ship to?

We ship worldwide, however there can be some difficulty delivering used systems to certain countries (predominantly in Asia), so please contact us to discuss this.

How do we ship?

Goods can be shipped via sea freight, air freight, or by road depending on the location of the goods and the destination.

If you have a serious enquiry for a system or product we have for sale we will provide shipping quotes on request.

Do our prices include tax and import duties?

No, our prices do not include any taxes or import duties. Any local fees imposed are the responsibility of the buyer, and are usually made very clear in advance by the shipping agent.

Payment for Consultation contracts:

This can be done on a monthly or weekly basis, or as a single lump sum. There is a lot flexibility around this and it’s a negotiable point very dependent on what the contract looks like.

Condition of used systems and products:

We state that the item listed is in good working condition, unless otherwise stated, and that the description of the item listed is truthful and accurate to the best of our knowledge. Always contact us if you have any questions regarding the condition of an item before going ahead.

Warranty:

New systems will come with the manufacturers warranty, which is generally around the 5 year mark.

This will of course will be different from manufacturer to manufacturer, so please reach out to us to confirm this if you don’t already know.

For used systems warranty will vary greatly, depending on the manufacturer and the age of the product. Most premium loudspeaker brands offer a transferable 5 year warranty, so if the used system is only two years old for example, then the remaining 3 years will still be valid with the new owner.

Outside of this used systems do not come with any warranty.
